Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for clinical placement support, applicants must meet a few essential requirements that ensure compliance with both academic programs and healthcare site regulations.

Applicants must:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited nursing or nurse practitioner program
  • Hold an active, unencumbered RN license
  • Carry personal malpractice insurance
  • Be in good academic standing
  • Submit all required school or placement documentation

What This Means in Practice

In real clinical placement coordination, these requirements are checked before we can match you with a site. For example, if a student’s RN license is still pending renewal or malpractice insurance is missing, placement requests cannot be submitted to hospitals or clinics yet.

Most delays we see come from incomplete paperwork or missing school forms, so having everything ready up front makes the process much faster and smoother.

What Happens Next

Once eligibility is confirmed, we move forward with identifying appropriate clinical sites and coordinating with preceptors based on your program requirements and specialty area.
